Zhu Shida（121） In a comparative study of Manhattan Transfer and U.S.A., the author tries to bring into bold relief the path of John Dos Passos as a radical writer and as a literary experimentalist. The author believes that the radicalism-based socio-historical depth of U.S.A. trilogy is greater and its experimentalism broader and more systematic than Manhattan Transfer.
